How to do that, you'll learn in the training course Executive’s gaining momentum. We will spend a few months together. In the first part of the training, the theory teaches you to recognize and acknowledge on another level who your team members are and how they can make their contribution to the ambition from within themselves. And beyond that, you also learn to apply it practically. In the online monthly meetings, we cover live cases so that even as you gain your initial experience, you continue to find the depth and acceleration you need to lead your team effectively.
